President: Jerry E. Sommerfeld

Experience: With over 35 years of experience in custom machine manufacturing Jerry draws on his knowledge and experience of supervising an around-the-clock manufacturing operation, building custom rollers and custom converting equipment used worldwide to benefit his customers.

Education: Fox Valley Technical College graduate, Journeyman machinist, and University of Wisconsin-Madison School of Business graduate.

Proudly, Jerry continues his dedication to providing you and your company with quality products, on-time deliveries, and outstanding customer satisfaction. It was Jerry who helped develop and set many of today's industry standards for super light-weight rollers; precision coating rolls (hot or cold) - that have tolerances of 50 millionths or less; lead-lined rollers; idler rollers, live-shaft rollers and chill rollers. That's quite a list all due in part to Jerry's expertise. In fact, we are confident that C.R.E.W.'s roll making knowledge is unsurpassed!

Vice President: Daniel B. Nadolney

Experience: Dan has 35 years in the roll building industry, including early stints as a machinist. There's nothing like working on a machine to help you understand what a customer needs! For almost 20 years, Dan managed the Customer Service department for a nationally known manufacturer of rollers. This also included designing rolls, quoting customer requirements, and advising optimum solutions to customer problems.

Education: Graduate of University of Wisconsin - Green Bay. Continuing education through industry seminars over the years.
